RETURN POLICY

ALL RETURNS ARE PROCESSED THROUGH INFO@JAHDACOLLECTION.COM. Please send an email to info@jahdacollection.com to begin processing a return.

 

RETURNS
Returns are accepted if your order is incorrect or defective due to an error on our part.


We have a 30-days return policy after delivery date. Note: after 30 days, we will not be able to approve a return request. Returns are processed as store credit.
To receive a store credit, return items must be checked-in at the return address within 30 days after the delivery date.


If an item is received after the 30 days deadline, you’ll be charged a 50% restocking fee.
Please, pack your item(s) securely in the original product packaging. All items must be returned in original condition (including packaging, and accessories). All items must be unworn, unaltered and unwashed.

 

SHIPPING
Shipping costs are non-refundable; shipping costs will only be refunded if there is an error with the order.


Note: You will be responsible for the cost of shipping your return item(s) to the return address. Jahda Collection will not be responsible for the costs of shipping your return item(s).


During sale events and holidays, order/ return processing times might be slightly longer; We urge you to bear with us during these stated periods.

 

REFUNDS
We unfortunately do not offer refunds, except in an event where there is an error with the order (also as mentioned above).

 

EXCHANGES & STORE CREDIT
We can’t ensure the items you want will be available by the time your returned items are received/ checked-in, so we do not offer exchanges.


We will issue you a store credit, once the return item(s) has been received at the return address. Please allow 7 business days to process your return and issue you the store credit.


If after 7 business days and you haven’t received your store credit, please contact us at info@jahdacollection.com with your return request ID and return tracking number.
The store credit has no expiration date.

 

CLEARANCE ITEMS
We do not accept returns on clearance items (final sale), they will be sent back to you, or you’ll be charged a 50% restocking fee.

 

DAMAGED ITEMS
If you receive a defective, damaged or the incorrect item please contact us within 2 days of receiving your package at info@jahdacollection.com.

 

CANCELLATION
Contact us within 24 hours to cancel your order. After 24 hours, we will not be able to process your cancellation request.

 

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS
Our prices change in response to demand, fashion trends, inventory, and promotions. As a result, we are unfortunately not able to refund or credit the difference between your purchase price and the current price available.

SHIPPING POLICY

PROCESSING TIMES

WE SHIP WORLDWIDE

  • Please allow a processing time of 1-5 business days for express orders and 5- 10 business days for flat rate shipping orders to be shipped. 
  • Please allow up to 14 business days during holidays and sale events.
  • We are fulfilling orders and sending tracking numbers in batches every week. Please allow up to 5 days after receiving your tracking number to receive shipping updates before contacting us.

    Calculated at checkout and vary depending on your delivery location. 

    INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING  

    • Rates are calculated at checkout
    • DHL express shipping is 1-3 business days

    Shipping times may be longer during the holiday season and because of the covid-19 pandemic.

    Please add package insurance protection at checkout if you desire. 

    Package insurance provides protection for shipments that are lost, broken, or stolen. By deselecting shipping protection, Jahda Collection is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen items.

     

     

    CUSTOM CHARGES

    All shipments crossing international borders are subject to the assessment of duties and taxes imposed by the importing country’s government. Jahda Collection has no control over these charges as they vary between countries. They are your responsibility.

     

    Shipping fees do not cover duties and taxes, shipping fees are paid to the shipping company and duties and taxes are paid to the government of where you reside or order destination. 

    Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and for return item(s), shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. JAHDA COLLECTION does not provide return shipping labels. A handling fee will be assessed on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "un-deliverable" or incomplete address. 

     

    PRE-ORDER ITEMS

    Pre-order items have their shipping date in the order description.

    If your order has a pre-order item, all the items will be shipped together on the dispatch day of the pre-order item. If you wish to split up the order, there will be an additional shipping cost.

     

    ITEM NOT DELIVERED?

    If your order doesn’t get to you within the estimated delivery time, please allow an extra 2-3 days; this could be as a result of package delay. 

    If after contacting the shipping company, (DHL), you still need assistance regarding locating your order feel free to contact us at info@jahdacollection.com and one of our representatives will be happy to assist you.

    For Express and International orders shipped with DHL, please visit www.dhl.com or call the customer service number listed on their website with your tracking number and they’ll be able to help you.
