Return Policy

ALL RETURNS ARE PROCESSED THROUGH INFO@JAHDACOLLECTION.COM. Please send an email to info@jahdacollection.com to begin processing a return.

 

RETURNS
Returns are accepted if your order is incorrect or defective due to an error on our part.


We have a 30-days return policy after delivery date. Note: after 30 days, we will not be able to approve a return request. Returns are processed as store credit.
To receive a store credit, return items must be checked-in at the return address within 30 days after the delivery date.


If an item is received after the 30 days deadline, you’ll be charged a 50% restocking fee.
Please, pack your item(s) securely in the original product packaging. All items must be returned in original condition (including packaging, and accessories). All items must be unworn, unaltered and unwashed.

 

SHIPPING
Shipping costs are non-refundable; shipping costs will only be refunded if there is an error with the order.


Note: You will be responsible for the cost of shipping your return item(s) to the return address. Jahda Collection will not be responsible for the costs of shipping your return item(s).


During sale events and holidays, order/ return processing times might be slightly longer; We urge you to bear with us during these stated periods.

 

REFUNDS
We unfortunately do not offer refunds, except in an event where there is an error with the order (also as mentioned above).

 

EXCHANGES & STORE CREDIT
We can’t ensure the items you want will be available by the time your returned items are received/ checked-in, so we do not offer exchanges.


We will issue you a store credit, once the return item(s) has been received at the return address. Please allow 7 business days to process your return and issue you the store credit.


If after 7 business days and you haven’t received your store credit, please contact us at info@jahdacollection.com with your return request ID and return tracking number.
The store credit has no expiration date.

 

CLEARANCE ITEMS
We do not accept returns on clearance items (final sale), they will be sent back to you, or you’ll be charged a 50% restocking fee.

 

DAMAGED ITEMS
If you receive a defective, damaged or the incorrect item please contact us within 2 days of receiving your package at info@jahdacollection.com.

 

CANCELLATION
Contact us within 24 hours to cancel your order. After 24 hours, we will not be able to process your cancellation request.

 

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS
Our prices change in response to demand, fashion trends, inventory, and promotions. As a result, we are unfortunately not able to refund or credit the difference between your purchase price and the current price available.
